Edit: A year later and not much has changed. Went to this sonic location tonight, 3 vehicles there when I arrived, so I pressed the button to make my order. I waited for almost 5 minutes before a girl was ready to take my order. I asked for a number 7, and on the screen was just a foot long coney. I expressed to the girl I wanted the combo, and after every item I asked for I was met with “is that all?” Or “what else?” Before I could complete my order. On top of that, i reiterated that I wanted the combo meal and was still charged for everything separately, and my order was completely wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION Got cut off half way through my order to repeat it back to them, so I started repeating it slowly and they didn’t even let me finish ordering before telling me my total and cutting the speaker off. The only reason I stayed is because it’s the only place in town I can get my daughter a grilled cheese.

The card reader on the machines never work so the employees have to take your card inside to swipe. The app is always temporarily unavailable in the mornings, half price drinks are nearly impossible at this location. The owner needs to put some money into this location so it’s not the worse sonic location in north Texas.

The orders fail to match our orders. The cat dormitory on the porch. The excessive tribute to the team member that was killed in years past. The discarded equipment stacked on the rear parking lot near the fence is disgusting and unsightly!!! Needs more care on food prep and the exterior appearance of the restaurant.

Ordered 2 drinks . Took awhile for them to answer and my Rt 44 sweet tea came out unsweetened. Would have said something up there but didn't get a drink until I left out.
