On Friday, May 10th, I placed a mobile order for mozzarella sticks at 8:10 PM. When I went to check in at stall number 4, the staff informed me that the order would be out shortly as they had just made them. Despite waiting patiently, by 8:24 PM I checked in again as a reminder. However, by 8:32 PM I decided to leave as it was clear my order was not coming anytime soon. Although I understand they may have been busy, there were hardly any customers in the drive-thru or around me. Additionally, I tried to call to cancel or get a refund but the number listed in both Google and the app was no longer in service.
