The actual food is almost always fantastic. I get a strawberry limeade every time I go and and probably 6 out of 10 times the limeades taste absolutely horrible!!! Almost like the sprite is out but who really knows! I order online and it's always half price that is an absolute deal!! Also they are always stingy with the cheese on the cheese tater tots so you have to specifically ask for more!!
I am rating this a 2 only because the lady that brought out our food was sweet and empathetic. My husband was in the middle of ordering out food and had only said the first thing was about to continue with our order when the girl taking our order completely cut him off told us the total and that was it . Didn't even repeat back our order or anything. We were completely livid.

Update 12.27.2023: Service was very slow. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they forgot the marinera. I also requested (paid extra) to add bacon to my sonic cheeseburger but it was left off.Previous: I love that you get a discount for ordering on the app. We ordered and had our food within three minutes.
