I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've tried calling multiple times, but no one picks up. Whenever I order a shake or blast from this location, the bottom half is just plain vanilla ice cream, and the top half is barely mixed. It's a bit disappointing, especially since these are the items they're famous for.
Customer service was EXCELLENT at the White Oak location today! Fast and Very Friendly Drive Thru Staff ! Food Drink was prepared and delivered fresh hot ! 5 Star Service Today WHITE OAK SONIC! Keep Up The GOOD work !
They need to stop letting their stalls stay out of service. It's not a safe position to pull in and then discover your screen is out of service and then have to back out to find one that is working.
We ordered footlong chili dogs tonight, and I have to say, it was the worst chili dog I've ever had. There was barely any chili or cheese on it. Come on, Sonic, you can do better than this! Réservez une table maintenant
I went there and waited 20 minutes for two burgers that never arrived. I also noticed that two cars that came after us were served before we were. I won't be going back to this place.
Worst service ever ,stayed in line for 25 minutes and finally got my food to find out they are out of onion rings .No they didn't tell me before hand. Burnt totes.
