Sonic Drive-in - Réservation de table

I do not say this lightly: the South Hill, Virginia location is literally the worst Sonic I have EVER been to. I have ordered from them with every service they offer here: drive thru, Door Dash, order ahead on the app, and the basic ordering at the speaker. Every. Single. Time. something has been wrong. The ONE thing they all have in common is the LONG WAIT. I have worked fast food in the past and I know working with the public is not easy, but these employees do not give any care about their service. What blows my mind is when I order ahead on the app, give them 15-20 mins, show up and click “I’m here” on the app and give the stall number AND STILL have to wait 20+ mins (not during busy rus...

Had asked for two separate orders then what I got to the window I said add together.. The cashier got the manager..to change it and she was so loud like I couldn't hear..her with her loud mouth.....she told me to separated orders with her RUDE MOUTH..So when the cashier came back I asked her was there a problem... Because....if she was all that with a problem..talking Thur the window..she should have been brave and open the window that covering on the window don't stop you from seeing who on the other side and it's sure not noise proof...So you wonder why your sales down ..this the reason ..Hire people with standards that care about their check.. because this one which was black with braid's...

The worker that took our order was rude and disrespectful (Lisa). The lady that brought the order was kind. I didn’t order but my husband did. I will never give them my business again.The worker that delivered the food didn’t know the number to corporate so she asked the manager. The manager is the one that spoke rude and wanted to know what the problem was but never came out to speak to us herself.Other Sonics I have been to has been great and didn’t have a problem fixing a basic hot dog.

How do you not melt the cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich? Old burger patty, tasted stale. Out of tots? And missing the #5 meal. This place needs some management attention. Still in love Sonic. Give 'er some attention pls!! Réservez une table maintenant

Despite being short-staffed, the food at this restaurant was excellent and the young woman working there was doing her best. We visited on a Sunday afternoon.
