I noticed that the entire staff seemed to be young students, and while that’s not necessarily a bad thing, they need to be well-trained. When our order arrived, the only thing they got right were the milkshakes. Instead of the Route 44 slush, they gave us a large slush and completely forgot the ice cones. I double-checked my order to confirm we got it right, and we did. I approached the speaker to explain the issue, and the response was that they were out of Route 44 slushes. Hey. I'm texting because of bad service, I bought a double bacon cheeseburger meal with no tomato or mayo. I saw on the advertising it said cheese burgers were half off. Not only did I not get a discount, mayo and tomato's were left on the burger. This location is terrible. I've been there multiple times this year and every time has been a bad experience. I mean at one point the majority of the order machines were shot up. Y'all need to get it together
I usually place my orders through the app because it's more convenient. Occasionally, the app has issues, but that's not the fault of this location. I always get quick and friendly service here. This place is always busy! Many times, all the parking spots are filled, and you can see people circling around looking for a space to open up. To me, that’s a great sign that you’re running an excellent business. Keep up the good work!
Were plenty of vehicle slots to place orders. I did not check out the public eating area, so i would be remiss in talking about it. I placed a mobile order and came at the set time. Pulled up and used the red button. Only took 1-2 minutes to get my order to me with everything I ordered. No problems whatsoever and the staff was very professional. Burger and strawberry shake were excellent as well. Recommended. Réservez une table maintenant
I typically order through the app because it’s more convenient. Occasionally, the app can get a bit mixed up, but that's not the restaurant's fault. I've always received quick and friendly service here. This place is always bustling! Many times I've noticed all the tables are occupied, with people waiting to be seated. For me, that’s a great sign that they’re doing a fantastic job. Keep it up!
