terrible customer service! I ordered a $55 party tablet for christmas from these people. tray should contain 3 types of rolls (pepperoni, pizza greens and sausage rolls) and flatbread. have been home and served it to 10 guests on christmas even and as soon as some of the rolls where the tablet removed, I noticed that there were no paprika rolls. when I called on 27 December to complain about the release, the owner of the load called me a lügner in the grunde who said that they all made dishes themselves and that there was absolutely no way that a tablet would have left the restaurant without pfefferminzrolles. I know, of course, that at least one has done this because it was on my worktop on...
Where do we start?Sat in our booth well over 10min before our server ever acknowledged us. Not a single hello, never got a name, nothing we got are you ready to order Hostess got my daughter and I a drink, then my husband was left a solid 20min total without one. Had 2 tables arriving after us, receive basically our same food items well before us. Finally got my sandwich and the fries were ICE cold, and the bottom of the bread was so hard it was inedible. Hardest working person in the entire place was the tall gentleman, assuming he was a manager, who was trying to check, clean, seat and prep tables for everyone else. Definitely disappointed entirely!
I have mixed feelings. The food was decent. Not exceptional but pretty good. The staff was wonderful! Everyone was super nice and we never felt forgotten. However my biggest complaint is the music choice. It's Christian rock played loud enough that you can still hear it over conversation. I am all for freedom of religion. Have your beliefs and be proud. However, as someone not in Christianity, it didn't sit well with me. It made me feel kind of unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Service was bad waited over an hour for appetizers and when we finally gotten the food there was a long hair in the one meal and the other the pasta was dry and hard it had to be at least a couple of hours old worse meal I've gotten in a restaurant ever. The food sucked so bad I wouldn't serve it to a dog.my advice is go anywhere but this dump.
