my guide had reserved for us a place at one of the high tables for a atmospheric dinner. we were very welcome and led to the table. we sat on the assigned chairs that were closer to the sea. due to the pleasant weather we decided spontaneously to take the apéro in the upstream lounge. when we wanted to return to our places after a quarter of an hour, the very friendly service revealed to us that now the rear places would be for us, as someone would have explicitly reserved the front. when the service came back, we found out our strangers about this action. the service said she didn't want to interfere here, but rather just get the chef. so good. now came the chief of the house and the quintessence of the talk: hotel guests are preferably treated as they pay 300 francs for overnight and I should not spoil the beautiful evening, our new places are good! no word of apologies - nada. After he told us that he could not do anything for us, he marched away. instead of leaving it, he returned on the heel and came back to our table again and said literally: "If it doesn't fit them, we can finish the evening also now." unbelieving strays on our side, we have never experienced such a trinity. that came out of the way! When we demanded the bill for the apéro, we were told that it went to the house - at least. Conclusion of the short visit: it seems that the son (or their chef) does not have to treat all the guests in advance, because the next are waiting for the table. the way and how we were skipped is still inconceivable even in retrospect! Unfortunately, we cannot say anything about the quality of eating because of the above. and to the conclusion: my guide has eaten several times in the sun and actually wanted to stop a start with the company here.
