blackwaldgasthof old school but with interesting map! the gasthof has been a family owner since 1780 and lies spectacularly on the edge of waldau. it offers a magnificent view to the east in the valley. on the first look the map bustourists, English and French declarations of regional food make worse fear. as it turns out unfounded: a simple kitchen with a large band width, changing tagemenu and many local wild. the foods are freshly prepared, the lachszander carpaccio was tenderly plastered, but tasty and garnished with above average gamben. the wild was fresh and prepared at the place, the pfifferling sawn sauce tasted accordingly. that dessert looked great, but could not be accommodated a...

we often come out of Switzerland to eat in the hotel post. We have never been disappointed until now. these eat super also the prizes. we drive back 80 km to 80 km. we like to go to the black forest. we look forward to 10.11.2012 on Sundays. the people are so nice. love greetings from the Swiss brigitte widmer
a stay that is always worthwhile and starts with ecellentem service. the sonnenpost is a house of absolute lightness, excellent kitchen and really beautiful apartments as rooms with large bathrooms and wonderful recreation. just great. gerhard brillisauer
