The staff is super nice and helpful. The 3-speed dinner is the hammer? The breakfast buffet is with a lot of choice from sweet to hearty and even if you eat lunch you have many great options. The old rooms that are sometimes criticized here, I find them all right. It's all in a good condition and clean, I don't think it's gonna take any more? The best thing is that you don't have to worry and ask if something is really vegan etc. This makes the holiday much more relaxed?

You can eat delicious vegan food in one of their two restaurants. The Weinstube serves exclusively vegan gourmet dishes, the first of their kind in Germany. The restaurant Sonnenuhr serves delicious regional dishes made from 100% vegetables. Suitable vegan wines come from the wine cellar of Hotel Nicolay 1881. We ate a delicious three-course menu. Breakfast is extensive and very tasty. Highly recommend!

The food was incredibly good. Refined, beautifully dressed, great combinations and without satt manufacturers such as noodles etc. At the end, pappsatt and super satisfied. We had the menu and were previously asked for incompatibility, staff usually super nice and I would like to emphasize again how good the food was. Absolutely recommended.

A super tasty breakfast buffet awaits you (secret tip: absolutely try the mett, meega! In the evening a very good 3 course. The rooms are spacious, clean, have a spacious bathroom. The staff is always very friendly. The spa area with saunas and swimming pool invites you to relax.
