I went through the drive-through and ordered a 3 meat plate. I chose sliced jalapeño cheese sausage, wings, and 1/4 chicken. I opted for a side salad and broccoli. The easiest way to describe the food over all is mid at it absolute best. The only thingthat stood out was the side salad. It was wonderful. The sausage was dry and had little jalapeño flavor or much flavor at all.The smoked chicken was tender and moist. It just had no flavor other than smoke. Where was the chicken rub at? Wow what a great experience not only is the food fantastic warm tender and the flavor is amazing. The manager Marlene is an absolute sweetheart very tentative to her Patriots I noticed while I was there if you have any concerns or problems she's rightthere to resolve the issue. Her mannerism Sonny's BBQ should be proud she is a true example he should represent their company.This is my first time meeting her and I have been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years. But not only that theestablishment is always clean and the staff is always very presentable and sweet they welcome you in like you're part of thefamily. Good job Marlene you have an amazing staff
This is my first time eating at Sonny's, I was with a party of 30 and we called ahead and they made room for us on very short notice! The waitresses were very pleasant and attentive and the atmosphere was great! But mostly the food was cooked perfectly!I had the sample platter the brisket, chicken and ribs were perfection! And equally important, the prices were great! I willdefinitely here again!
I.miss having a Sonny 's close to me, so when I saw there was one in Commerce, we decided to go on our way to SC. The food and service was outstanding! My wife and I split the 'Pork 3 Ways ' and it was delicious! It came out hot, the meet was tender andwe were served quickly! We will definitely visit again!

The new look is great. I was only a little disappointed in the food this time. It is usually much better but could have been the time of day. The service was awesome and the place looks great!!
My favorite BBQ we drove all the way from Anderson S.C. to eat here since we don't have one in Upstate S.C. anymore, well worth the drive as good as always we will be back soon ,
We dined here for the first time tonight, and our server was excellent. However, I did find a small piece of bone, about the size of a fingernail, in the pulled pork.
Location was not overcrowded. Our waitress Sarah was very friendly. Food was pretty good and not too expensive.
