I noticed walking that they allowed dogs with an inviting bowl of water and some treats outside. Naturally, I said yes I will come and sit outside in the lovely garden to enjoy a glass of wine. We ordered the artisan cheese board and the wine flights while the pup enjoyed some iced water and also some cheese : Jacob was such a great host and was very attentive to all of our needs and took time to explain the menu. He was also very cognizant of it being a hot day and providing us with prompt ice and water.
This is a cute wine bar and restaurant. The food was delicious and the back patio is quiet and pretty. The wine selection was decent but we wish they would have had more wines that were actually from California and Sonoma. Service was fast and friendly early on Saturday evening. Ordered the salmon, carne asada tacos, beef stroganoff, and Asian lettuce wraps. All good reviews except we wouldn?t recommend the lettuce wraps as it was really just ground turkey and lettuce, and
This spot has the potential to be so great and the last few months it?s unfortunately gone downhill. I used to love bringing friends here, but after 2 recent experiences we likely won?t be back for some time. Our server barely spoke to us and we had to ask 3 times for the check. On top of that, we had the fish tacos that had a 2inch small piece of fish on them for $16. Sonoma Cellar has a fantastic location and ambiance but it?s hard to justify going back.
Wine is good. Food is decent. Bartender is rude don't leave your purse at the bar because she will MOVE it WITHOUT asking you just because another customer came in wanting to take your spot. I spent $100 all by myself there yet she thinks another new customer deserves MY seat. Stop making your customer feel less than the next! Despicable, unacceptable behavior. You should NEVER move a customer's belongings without asking, period!!! RUDE.

Enjoyed a lively supper here on the outside patio. Our visit started with a preying mantis visitor so I knew the dining experience was going to be great. The shrimp tacos were delicious and while the wine flight wasn?t exchangeable, my companion is allergic to red wine? we throughly enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter was pleasant as was the rest of the staff. I would visit again.
The service was a bit slow... but everything else was really awesome. Highly recommend you do the flight if you come here. That way you can try and few things before you pick your glass of wine to enjoy with you meal. Portions and pours are GREAT!
I went here with my good friend and we enjoyed it. The wine was good and definitely left feeling great. The food was great I had the vegetarian pasta and she had a burger.
Had a quick glass of wine here. Bar was nice bright and clean. Good crowd. They had food too but I didn’t partake. They let me try 3 wines before I had a glass.

Absolutely delicious meat and cheese plate, mushroom risotto, and brussel sprouts. Everything was a little spendy but was a great splurge meal.
My aunt and I came here for lunch. Had a flight of wine and delish food! Great environment, friendly staff!
