I have made and eaten a lot of pulled pork. I realize it is an easier cook than brisket etc. That being said. Getting it really good is an art. My Dad picked up a pulled pork sandwich for me to try. I have to say I was impressed. For me the meat is all that matters so pulling off some from the large sandwich was a must. The pork was smoked very well and a very good mix of smoke and seasoning that does not cover the meat flavor. Cole slaw on the sandwich and some sauce on the side was also included. Both good. I very much enjoyed this sandwich and will try more soon. The sandwich was also no joke in size. Was a pleasure.

We got one of their family packs that had pork and brisket. They were both really good. We enjoyed the sweet BBQ sauce. Baked beans were good. The Cole slaw is a drier style, but tastes good. The mashed potatoes are really buttery. The hush puppies are nice and crispy. We did a phone order and were able to pick up our food very quickly. We all loved the funnel cake fries as a little treat for our kids and they were eaten very quickly. We will definitely be going back!

This week's special is The Ark Burrito. Pulled pork, smoked chicken and brisket all wrapped up in flour tortillas. It was amazing!
