There should be an extra option between 'very good ' and 'average '. Then I would choose good. We had great expectations after viewing their website and their hip name. However, when we arrived we were somewhat disappointed, I didn 't looked as cool as on the pictures and there were not too many people.To sit outside you have to beat the very bright almost construction-like lighting, didn 't ike that, so we took a table inside. We have visited this resteraunt twice on our week long holiday. I really dont know where to start. Upon arrival we were greeted very well on both occasions and instantly felt relaxed and welcome. The menu is excellent with something for everyone. We have a fussy vegetarian in our family. On both visits the staff were more that happy to make her a different main on each occasion from scratch. The portion sizes are pretty big, you will not leave this establishment hungry. The resteraunt itself is lovely. U need to see it to believe it. I could go on all night about how good it is. Eight of us had a mid-week dinner at Soul Kitchen and were so glad we went. Although it was fairly quiet that night, the atmosphere was great and lent itself to a laid-back group dinner where good food and wine were the main focus. The menu was varied but not overwhelming and the wine list was good. Quality was top notch, with all eight of us more than happy. The only thing was that the car park to the rear was poorly lit, so we struggled to see where we were stepping on our way to the restaurant itself. Other than that, I would recommend it without hesitation.
Having spent 10 days trying out all the 'to go to ' places on the island for dinner. We booked at Soul Kitchen for our last night as a group of 6. It is amazing! The design in side is tasteful and classy, the food is the best I have had in a while and the service was second to none. This is all before you mention the view of the sunset. I really cannot rate this restaurant highly enough, if you are a group or a couple looking for great wine, food and location this is for you.

Italian soul kitchen was such an amazing surprise!! The food was sooooo delicious, excellent service, beautiful restaurant and reasonable prices! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend! Three fresh oysters with a large glass of good prosecco for only 16 Euros is a must!
We had a sensational dinner, incredible raw shrimps, swordfish tartare, spaghetti with eggfish and oysters and sea urchin spaghetti to die for...possibly the best we've tasted so far (and we are hugs fans of pasta ai ricci)! And great service on top! Highly recommended
I rarely write reviews but the fish I ate there was exceptionally good, the best in Ibiza by far. Owner is great. Best place if you wanna impress your girlfriend. Last suggestion: you really have to try the Tiramisu'.
