First of all I want to say that I was happy with this place until yesterday, I am a customer who frequents this place a lot because my 6 year old daughter loves Pho Brisket, but last night I ordered Pho Brisket, egg rolls and horchata. , but to my bad luck for some reason it had a very bad smell like when something spoils. They have to be very careful with the quality of the food, someone else could perhaps make a more drastic decision, I just wish they would be much more careful with the quality control of the food, for public health reasons. I’ve been visiting this restaurant regularly for over a year, and each time I come, I leave feeling increasingly disappointed. I used to crave their fried rice; it's incredibly delicious. However, during my last visit, it felt more like a soup due to the excessive amount of oil on my plate. I had to stop eating about halfway through because I could tell that the heartburn and stomachache would be unbearable. A year ago, I would have rated this place five stars, but lately, it has been such a hit-or-miss experience.
HORRIBLE service. So rude and so rushed. I’ve came here a few times and it’s like the customer service gets worse and worse. My last straw was today. My takeout order took forever to be prepared and they gave me a broken lid for my broth so it spilled all over the bag making a huge mess. My egg roll got soggy and my rice was cold. This is my last time coming here, I’ve had enough of the bad service and bad food. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

My wife and I have been frequenting Soup Shop for some time, and it never fails to impress. The pho is delicious, served piping hot and full of flavor. The egg rolls are as authentic as they come; after just returning from Vietnam, I can confidently say this place is just as good. Highly recommended!
This is my favorite spot for Pho! I always recommend it to everyone. My family and I dine here about once or twice a month.
