I specifically asked for a French dip with no cheese and no house sauce—simple enough, right? Unfortunately, when I got home, I found cheese and sauce on the sandwich that I had to scrape off. I enjoyed a six-inch Smoked Brisket Sandwich at Sourdough Co. for $12.49, with an additional drink for $2.79. The sandwich was delicious, though I found it a bit pricey for what you get. The restaurant is very clean, and the service was prompt. The staff were decent but not as friendly as at other places, seeming more focused on chatting with each other. The outdoor seating area is lovely, and parking is conveniently located right outside. The menu includes a vegetarian sandwich option, and there’s a kids’ menu available for children 10 and under. Parking is ample, with a large lot and handicapped spaces, and the restaurant is fully ADA compliant.
A hidden gem in the Raleys Plaza. Found this lovely place when I decided to head to the bank in the area and was very pleased with the friendly staff and the food was great. Love this sourdough and Co. I usually go to the one by the Mall but anyone of them are great to dine in or take out. I bought various menu items, one specifically was a kids meal for my granddaughter, because it specifically came with mac cheese(that's what she wanted) and when we got home it wasn't in the to go bag. The staff members need to double/triple check before they hand the order out. And they need to act like they like their job. The Customer service is POOR!! I was specifically going to give the cashiers name, but my receipt I have says my Server: Admin. If that's the manager on duty, she needs LOTS of training. I will NEVER return to this establishment.

Horrible! I ordered through a delivery service and requested no cheese not only on each specific sandwich but left a note on the entire order itself. I have an issue with cheese but would normally just pick it off. We'll, they just melted it on there and made all of them inedible. Thanks for not being able to follow the simplest of instructions.
I decided to stop by because the name caught my eye, and I'm so glad I did—the food was fantastic! I tried the brisket sandwich, and it was incredible. The bread had the perfect balance of softness and crustiness. The mac and cheese was creamy and served piping hot. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I really enjoyed my sandwich at Sourdough Co. It’s great to have another excellent sandwich spot in California. I hope similar places pop up in other regions, especially on the East Coast. The vegetarian sandwich with roasted vegetables was fantastic.
I recently started working at Sourdough Co., and I have to say, the team here is fantastic and the food is outstanding. What more could you want? I rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

Very friendly staff and everything was made correctly. The manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our meal and that we got everything we wanted/needed.
Sourdough Co. offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with attentive service. There was no wait time, and the availability of a kids menu makes it an ideal spot for families.
