I have been doing business with three different restaurants for over 30 years, consistently spending around $3,000 per week for 25 of those years. However, today my representative refused to process my $3,500 order unless I added an additional $100 worth of alcohol that I don't even use. It's quite surprising that a company with such a monopoly can provide such poor customer service. I had to wait 25 minutes on the phone, only to be informed by my representative that he would only earn a $3 commission on my $3,500 order. He suggested that if I didn't buy those additional products, he wouldn’t make any money on my future orders. It's really disappointing that a company can be so unprofessiona...
They do good most of the time whenever we have to switch out items that were accidentally broken or if we are missing items. Usually a quick call, helpful staff and the problem is solved.However... today (Friday July 30th) my manager and I tried calling their Customer Service number 3 times around 930am and got the same representative each time. She did NOT sound pleasant and each time we mentioned our store name, she just went and hung up on us!Now, I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but that's VERY unprofessional, not to mention rude!Like Ma'am, who hurt you? And why is it OUR problem. Next time, just take the day off.
This is my first business serving alcohol and was not familiar with the procedure. I contacted Southern on Thursday and received an email within 10 mins. Lauren B. was professional and efficient with my application. I had a deadline and she made sure my application was completed. I also spoke with a pleasant young lady in the ordering department I believe her name was G. She was so patience and professional. Thank you Southern for the professional, efficient and effective service.
I had a concerning experience with the drivers at this establishment. Truck #5501 cut me off and passed me without signaling, all because I was adhering to the speed limit. Their driving was both reckless and irresponsible.
