Southside Tavern In Braintree

Your standard American foods located at Southside Tavern Bar! Parking can be hard to find if the lot is full. They open really late for the area which is nice. Nice bar, open floor plan and dining room. Really good vibe and friendly staff! The Chicken Dominico is my go to dish with mushroom and gravy. They got your standard sandwiches and burgers. Any sandwiches can be turned into a wrap or a panini. Good food and portions, price isn't too bad either.

Can be a fun time but, always extremely loud near the bar area. To the point you can’t hear the person next to you. Seems to be a bit dingy with cleanliness. On my most recent visit the was small flys flying around the bar area. Bathroom was messy with some liquid all over the floor. Has stand up food that seems consistent, with good service.

Great local spot for elevated pub food and American style dining. Appetizers are all excellent, some of their main dishes (steak tips dinner, mac n cheese, spinach salad) are common go to's! This place has one side that is a tavern feel and the other side is more of a sports bar. In the summer they have a little outdoor patio.

Had a reservation. Hosts had no idea what they were doing. One of them gave me a nasty attitude. We've been coming regularly... that was the last time. Work on customer service. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was mediocre at best but not a bad place to grab a beer and watch a game. We might come back in the summer time for the outdoor dining.

The food is excellent, but please close the windows. Having flies inside the restaurant is unsanitary and quite bothersome!
