Soy Grill Teriyaki

This was my first and last visit to this location. I've been to every other one and this was by far the absolute worst. Very unfriendly and curt to begin with. Couldn't order what I wanted and have ordered at every other location. I like the chain for the signature spicy sauce they have. I've always ordered a spicy chicken bowl with white meat. I guess here, white meat is only offered in a more expensive plate with more food I didn't want. So, I got dark meat. I don't know what was used for the spicy sauce, but it was definitely not what I've had at every other location. And the portion size was the smallest I've experienced. Worst teriyaki food I have ever tried, not worth what I spent, absolutely dreadful. Will never be coming back, they should close this place down just disgusting food. Service was terrible left my whole plate for them to see it was terrible. Spicy chicken stay away from it. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I felt comfortable, they have very good food, staff is really nice. You can stay there to eat, which is what I did, or you can take out. Prices are right! This place really gets busy at times. Thank you

Love this place my go to for my preworkout meal and post meal. Number 2 spicy is the jam.
