The pasta was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and I really liked being able to shave the cheese myselfThe soup and bread were both delicious. Although it was a weekday, the place quickly filled up during lunch time. The staff at the store are polite, kind, and friendly! The toilet was in the basement. Very clean and safe. It has become my favorite restaurant that I would like to come back to eat at again
This is not a gourmet restaurant but the quality of the pasta is solid. They arrive fresh and fast. I can recommend the spaghetti antipasti with dried tomatos, bell peppers, artichokes and egglant not a culinary relevation but it's nice to have something different from the usual napoli, aglio olio and arrabiata pasta. Wir sind heute spontan an der Factory vorbeigekommen und hatten Glück, dass gerade ein Platz frei wurde. Kaum hingesetzt, bekamen wir sofort sehr leckeres Brot serviert. Das Ambiente, das Essen und der Service waren wunderbar. Roza hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, nochmal Brot nachgebracht und mehrfach gefragt ob es uns schmeckt oder wir noch etwas benötigen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen :
Located next to the hotel we were staying in. Picked a table in the court yard. Waitress was right there. Got the classic Bolognese. They even had a small portion. Brought some bread with oil. Food was excellent and service with a smile.

Waited almost an hour for our food that never arrived. Asked one of the staff where it was and he dismissed me saying: it is coming. After another wait I asked again and they had no record of anything having been ordered.
Gibt eine kleine aber sehr feine Auswahl an veganen Gerichten. Vegetarische Auswahl hats mehr. Hat aber sehr gut geschmeckt- klare Empfehlung.
gives a small but very fine selection of vegan dressed. vegetarian selection has more. but has tasted very good - clear recommendation.
Portionen hätten grösser sein müssen, die waren definitiv zu klein! Geschmacklich ok. Alles in allem OK mehr aber auch nicht...
