I ordered takeout from here before, I loved the pizza! It was really delicious and the sauce to cheese ratio was perfection. Me and my boyfriend decided to go dine in for my bday. Our waitress, Deanna, was the sweetest and honestly the best. It's rare to find a super friendly server like her. I enjoyed talking to her and she just made the whole experience pleasant. I know there's a ton of pizza spots all around New York, but I think Spaghettini stands out because of their service. Deanna and the other staff were all so friendly. I was really disappointed that they didn't honor my text discount. The staff member claimed it had expired, but my phone shows otherwise. I often take my mom for treatment at a place right next door, so it's surprising that they couldn't make an exception for me. I ended up feeling unvalued, and I probably won't return. I hope it was worth it for the person who denied me.
