Spar Natural - Réservation de table

Although not entirely vegan, all items are clearly labeled and the store is cozy and clean to boot. Good selection of fresh produce and everyday groceries, we did all our shopping here. Service was friendly and they even stock an array of glutein-free choices. I was perplexed by the large selection of everything, from plant milk to mock fish options. Tip: park at the market place around the corner and walk through the town of Arguineguin. It's just a 5 min walk from the store and the store in turn is just a 5 minutes walk from the ocean and the very pretty harbour with restaurants and cafes.

there are quite many herbolarios in arguineguin, but spar natural is by far the largest and has quite a lot more of everything. the personal is helpful and they also order other products if there is something they cannot find. later they impressed me by using several different vegan ice creams, in addition to the cheese, mock meat, yogurt etc. they have. this is the place to go for vegan food and all health food related. they also sell fresh products (ecological).

really nice to have a bio shop in arguineguin! Compared to the saving nature in las palmas, this is quite small (without a caf, but they get everything they need. many imported items that are more expensive than others. but a good choice of vegan products and if they do not have a car and they are in the south, it is a very good option to get vegan and organic products!

they mark everything, so it is easy to find what the articles contain. I bought vegan chocolate (from Ichoc and bolognese soße (from bio central here, that was really good. they have tufo, sincean, vegan cheese, vegan ice cream and sorbet, preserve fruit and vegetables, butter, various types of sauces and nudity! and much more! Vegan options were not clearly labelled in cafe. Most of the cakes were gluten free and not vegan. Expensive compared to vegan options in supermarkets nearby. So you don't need to go to this supermarkets to get decent vegan food. But good amount of vegan fake meats and varieties of tofu

This is basically a natural foods store, with a few more GF options than other stores in the area. They have some fresh baked goods by the cash register from a GF bakery in Las Palmas. Nothing to go way out of your way for, but nice to know it’s there.

This is a great place to find vegan and vegetarian options there are also pre-prepared options and they have great flavored hummus. They have franchises in different parts of Europe such as Austria and Czech Republic.
