Been here several times, birthdays and company dinners. One of my favorite restaurants in town. Had not visited in a while finally convinced my girlfriend to go. Food was good as usual but service was meh.. I’m not one to complain but I hope to message helps facilitate some opportunities to elevate service. I started with bottled water but the glassware smelled of old polishing rag. I did 2 apps by 2 apps and entree. I ordered the olives and hummus first, expecting to enjoy them at the same time, but only started with olives (thought olives hummus would of worked well with one another)… then the next 2 apps came and I assumed they forgot about the hummus. Extraordinary all around. The staff was friendly and made the experience fun! The food was delicious, creative and visually stunning. The atmosphere was great with a nice buzz and everyone was having a terrific time. This was one of, if not the best eating experience I’ve ever had in Las Vegas and highly recommend. One caution: this is not the place for picky eaters!
We had high expectations and Sparrow Wolf still exceeded them. Every dish was so good—ingredients (seasonal, fresh), textures, flavors. The service was friendly and on-point. I highly recommend to others, and I would come back next time I’m in-town. A wonderful option off-the-strip.
Chef Brian Howard continues to impress with his culinary imagination and updated menu of proteins grilled to perfection and dishes that cater to all your senses. Great wine list to pair with your culinary experience. Highly recommend for date nights to celebrations! Thank you Chef!

The service and food were spot one. It is one of the best restaurants I have been to in Vegas. The food and drinks are priced very well for the outstanding quality of the meal. This restaurant was worth getting away from the casinos and enjoying a fantastic meal.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant and highly recommend it! I tried the chef's tasting menu with wine pairing, and they were able to accommodate my food allergy. Thank you, sparrow, and Wolf - I will definitely be returning.
If you haven't been here yet, you need to go as soon as possible. Everything – from the service, food, drinks, and wine selection – was outstanding. I will definitely be returning whenever I have the chance.
Tasting menu was divine. Service was impeccable on every level. This is a must-try if you’re in Vegas and like good food.
