Specialty Coffee Boutique

I have looked long and hard for a place like this in Manizales. This coffee shop is small but stunning, with great use of space and lighting. They're equipped with lots of alternative brewing methods and several types of coffee. I had an absolutely amazing chemex and sat down to work comfortably for a couple of hours. The service is exceptional, they seem genuinely pleased to have you there and to help you out with any questions you may have. The wifi could be better, but honestly, I have nothing but praise for this place.

You need to give this place a try and prepare for a truly special experience. Brewing is done at...the table and you can ask all the questions you want. I recommend the v60 with cafe de origen from Antioquia.

So delicious! Best way to enjoy the best coffee in the world! Everyone was very helpful and explained the process of the different brewers. The red velvet cake I got was delicious as well. The atmosphere was very modern and chill and was a great place to sip on coffee and read a book on a rainy day (which means every day!) Réservez une table maintenant

If you are shopping to take coffee home, stop at Boutique Coffee Shop! They know their crafts and also sell Fair Trade coffee. A must for coffee lovers! <3 (P.S. It is also a good place to get Wifi and...some work done) You have no menu, just pastries.
