Warning – inedible food and disrespectful service! Yesterday I ordered a Gypsy schnitzel with fried potatoes and was shocked: The schnitzel was completely raw and gray inside, absolutely inedible. Shortly after eating, I became so ill that I even had to go to the hospital. I immediately called the restaurant to report the incident – but the employee simply laughed and hung up. Such behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable! I will also report the incident to the health department, as hygiene standards were clearly violated. I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant until the quality of the food and the way customers are treated improve.
I have been/am a regular customer there for a few years now. The food is good, the service and communication over the phone are mediocre, even occasionally rude. The delivery times are absolutely acceptable. The drivers are friendly and well-groomed. What surprised me, however, was that in 2024, you would receive a €10 credit for €100 and in 2025, €10 for €200. This is disproportionate, and for this reason, I will minimize/freeze my orders there and look elsewhere. I realize that this individual decision won't hurt the company, but perhaps one or two will follow suit and then you'll feel it.
Ordered via Lieferando... The estimated delivery time was 30-50 minutes. After several inquiries, the food arrived after over 1.5 hours... the pizza was almost cold and had a burnt crust. A €10 pizza with a grand total of four slices of salami on it. I find that outrageous. The Chinese dishes were okay and still lukewarm. Ordered from there recently. It's unacceptable to treat customers like that, even just on the phone.
Ordered today and took advantage of the offer and ordered noodles, including beef. Where was the beef, please? There were a few pieces in there. Shame on you. What's the point of being cheap is cool? Or what? There were 4 small pieces in there. That shouldn't be real.

The ambiance is typical of a fast-food place. Very friendly staff. Great food selection, but the food itself is rather poor. I ate there three times and always had stomach problems afterward.

Simply inedible, completely dried out, I couldn't eat it, and I paid over 11 euros for it.
Went over two hours just for a pizza that was then completely cold! Never again!
