Speed'za - Réservation de table

We have been ordering from Speedza for several months, unfortunately the repeated disappointment made us stop ordering. Each order is correctly written by the person taking orders on the phone, it was upon receipt that we noticed that our order is often incomplete. Worse still, we happened to have incomplete and non-compliant orders (meat requested well cooked as indicated on the voucher, received Blue). Finally, we raised the discontent, despite our patience it was not taken seriously. You only have to see the responses written on the negative comments to confirm my point. After more than 6 months of ordering (around twenty orders in total) we tell you about the disaster we experienced: Blue steaks instead of well-done, incomplete orders, quantity of lousy fries, price invoiced which does not correspond to the price displayed on the flyers, cook who only opens his mouth to make remarks to customers, I site “we are always wrong”. You are absolutely not commercial, there is never an excuse and never a gesture, never a questioning of your way of proceeding. While passing through we went to pick up the order with friends, pitiful....
