We have been regular customers of this takeout restaurant for years. Unfortunately, after ordering takeaway on Saturday night, we were extremely disappointed with the quality. The prawn curry did not contain any prawns, only some unidentified fatty shapes with a mild fish taste. The chicken balti had two different types of chicken meat, one partly off the bone and the other cubed, which seemed like they were mixed from separate dishes. The fish curry had a watery consistency with a thick congealed sauce and there was no yogurt or mint sauce provided. Overall, we were so dissatisfied that we ended up not eating the food and will not be ordering from them again. It was a waste of £40.
Ordered a takeaway (collection) for the first time this evening. Food was very nice (chicken mirchi etc) and staff helpful welcoming. I ordered and paid online via JustEat but JE add a cut for that. Next time I will phone it through and pay cash on collection as there is a free cashpoint next door. If you don't order online then you have to pay cash, but that's not a problem with the cashpoint only being next door. Overall very impressed. The chicken tikka I had with the tandoori mix starter was out of this world and the main meal was very good too. I think I've found my new regular takeaway!
Ordered food for delivery.. waited over an hour then phoned to check on eta for them to tell me the food has been sat waiting for me to pick up and told me!! I didn't order it for delivery.. what an absolute joke I've always ordered from this place, won't be ordering again!!
