The following morning, we found a sweet note waiting for us at our doorstep, along with a full cash refund. The note mentioned that they would provide us with excellent food at no charge that day, which we kindly declined. Mistakes can happen at any restaurant; it’s how they handle them that counts. Spice of India has shown great respect and commitment in this regard. The owner’s son, in particular, has a bright future ahead of him, as he truly values his customers and their satisfaction. He is an impressive young man, and I have no doubt he will lead his family’s restaurant to great success. Kudos to him for maintaining such excellent service. The online ordering process was simple, and even though they estimated a delivery time of up to 90 minutes (it was peak time on Friday), our food arrived piping hot in about half an hour. There was so much food that we had enough leftovers to last for three days, and all at a reasonable price. This is definitely one of the best curries I’ve had in the past few years.
very good, would recommend taking any other in urmston. the personal is nice. eating is amazing and have never missed anything from my order. I ordered the wrong curry (taking my part) but was still very impressed. I usually collect and is always ready for about 10-15 minutes.
