Spice Wing Sugar Hill

I am not one to try new places, so I didn’t know what to expect at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service, given the restaurant industry has started cutting a lot of corners since 2020. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious, and the man working (by himself, by the way) was juggling multiple customers at a time and both running the registers, cooking, and taking orders out for curbside pickup. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

Wings are very good and the staff is very friendly. The great number of different sauces meant it took a bit longer to order than I would have otherwise expected, but the staff was very knowledgeable about their menu a d was a great help in completing our order. Side note, one of the people in our group got ghost spice and was in tears over how hot it was, being their hottest sauce, but said it was really good and flavorful.

So the other day I placed an order online. 10 pcs. Hot with lemon pepper sprinkles. I got home and noticed I had 14 instead. So I just thought it was my lucky day. WRONG! it was the most miserable day in my 30 's. Turns out the extras wings was given to me because they were spoiled. So I ended up getting food poisoning. So y 'all can chance it if you want but I 've learned my lesson.

The food was very fresh and cooked perfectly! They definitely were not the dried-up hard things you usually get from most fast-food restaurants anymore! The tenders were huge, I ordered 4 but was only able to eat 2, and the seasoning was perfect for the fries! I definitely want to try their wings next time since I know I'll be eating here again! Food was burnt took one bite from my chicken tasted horrible. I call the store the manager answered, he told me it wasn’t burnt that he had many customers that ate out of that fryer today and had no complaints. That it was just crispy I asked for a refund he said no because he thought I was lying. Horrible customer service will never go back!!!

Great food. Just sad the Uber Eats guy only delivered part of the order. Not sure if the restaurant messed up or Uber Eats did but assuming Uber Eats from what I heard about them. UEs only refunded $5 as their “max” though an order of tenders, fries, and a drink were missing. So just eat in vs UEs.

Food was awesome and Owner Shafvar was amazing. My son came from Texas and tried it and raved about it. I then was taken there and became a returning customer. Now under new ownership and worth going there. Try the wet wings lemon pepper and tenders. So so good.Food: 5/5

The service was great and fairly quick out to the table. The chicken was great alone but the waffles gave it a little something extra. I’m not a huge chicken waffles fan but this place really makes it work. I would come back here again. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered chicken and waffles last week and was very impressed! The owner is very personable, and kind, and makes sure that the customers are always happy! I’d highly recommend it if you're looking for some great wings at a great price!

Employee was nice! Overworked and underpaid for sure. The place stinks like sewer. Food was edible but could have gotten boneless wings from the frozen section at Kroger and would have been just as good. Not a fan
