We went to Le Spinaker last night after seeing some good reviews on Tripadvisor and initially were impressed by the setting and the friendly, professional staff. Unfortunately though the food did not live up to expectations, particularly when I got the bill for over €300...at the end for six of us, which included three children. The food wasn't awful but I would describe it as average and certainly not up to the level I would expect for these prices. We have eaten in the Spinekar a few times over the years and when we came back to Port Camargue it was a must visit so much so we had lunch several times over the course of the week. We were 4 adults and...2 children (5 and 2 and we were all very well catered for. The surroundings was faultless lovely shaded area by the pool, the boys loved it and we felt comfortable having them with us (in some restaurants we are on edge when they have their loud moments, which all children get, but not here! . the location of this restaurant is fantastic with a promenade over the harbour. the terrace is also great with a combination of sofas for tapas and tables for more serious dining. we have stopped here half dozen times and while eating. good (and expensive) the place is a little off the staff. Although they are efficient, they do not seem particularly happy to see them. not unfriendly either. it's just that such a wonderful location missed a dynamic head of the house to live the place a bit. they would attract many more customers. also the menu is good, but limited. so happy staff, more ambiente and more choice on the menu. then they would have something very special.

Nous avons déjeuné dans le jardin avec la famille. Nos petits-fils ont été très bien accueillis et ont apprécié le cadre relaxant ainsi que le choix de repas des enfants. Nos repas étaient exceptionnels, comme d'habitude et les friandises sont un must. Je recommande de réserver car c'est un restaurant très fréquenté mais ils ont toujours beaucoup de temps pour vous. Prenez toujours un repas ici chaque fois que nous sommes au port Camargue, c'est un bel endroit au centre du port où vous pourrez regarder les bateaux naviguer dans la marina. Un grand merci au personnel et aux propriétaires qui sont toujours à votre disposition pour que vous appréciiez votre repas.
We turned up without a reservation and although all the outside tables had been reserved, the helpful staff offered us the corner table and opened the big sliding doors to enable us to have an outside inside dining experience. We chose the €49 set menu...and I have to say that the lamb was simply melt in the mouth. The staff are extremely attentive and knowing that we would have preferred a table outside, offered to move us to the terrace for our dessert as somebody had failed to turn up for their reserved table. The location overlooking the marina and the peaceful ambience together with great food ..... we would definitely go back again.
Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel et dîné ici. La nourriture était correcte, mais le service était terrible. Nous avons attendu une demi-heure pour être libérés de notre évasion. Notre commande de dessert n'a jamais été prise, donc nous n'avions pas besoin de commander... Je ne le recommanderais pas.
This hotel was located in the centre of the port with a beautiful view. We visited for drinks and got a really warm welcome and then decided to stay for dinner. A nice drink menu and the dinner was beautiful.

Wonderful dinner. The views are great, The food greater still. I have been treating myself to a spécial meal there whenever a special occasion warrants it. Always a success.
Belle vue avec une ambiance magnifique juste au pied de quelques bateaux à voir et à vérifier que les vélos apportent, il est plus facile de se déplacer dans cet endroit.
