We booked in here not expecting anything too special and were proven very wrong. The meal was one of the very best and with service to match. If you happen to be in the region and enjoy fine dining at its very best, then you really must dine here. The only downside, other than the dent in your wallet, is that you'll be very full if you have the tasting menu, which was sublime. We'll remember this place for a very long time indeed. I'm just very disappointed that it is so far from London. Overall, fantastic food, perfect service, exceptional wine and a pristine dining room. We would recommend it to anyone!
The food was a poem and yet hard to describe in words. We would also give 10 stars. The service was very attentive and the wine recommendations were on point. super chic restaurant with a really nice and friendly, young service chef in the kitchen, Florian conjures up mega courses, one after the other, all of which are a culinary delight. would love to come back.
