My partner laughs at me when we go to restaurants. Why? Working with many independent businesses I help business owners improve their marketing and customers experience. In restaurants there are usually a hundred and one things that could be improved. The service is usually slow, inaccurate, or over friendly, in your face intrusive. Our meals are often spent with me analysing and discussing the customer service and business strategies they're using, and what would work better for them. From the moment I walked in to Spizzico's I was pleasantly surprised, lovely decor. Fresh flowers at the bar. Friendly greeting from the staff. Great selection on the menu, I chose a sourdough pizza margarita...
The Italian restaurant located on Barnet High Street is bustling on Saturdays. The service is efficient and they offer tap water for customers. Soft drinks are priced at £2.50 each, while most starters are priced at £6 or more. Main dishes are priced at £10 or higher. The starters are decent with nice sauces, but the lamb shank was disappointing. Other dishes appear to be good. The restaurant is popular among diners of all ages and also serves wine priced around £12. The decor is pleasant, and there is a disabled toilet available. However, the fire escape near the disabled toilet is chained up. It is unclear how the restaurant is during weekdays.
Six of us met for a weekday lunch. Huge menu with choices of light snacks to main meals. 3 of us had pasta and three had smoked salmon bagels. All enjoyed their choice and the house wine. Not many people in there but it probably gets busier in the evenings. We were pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived and thought it was good value. Me and my partner came here a couple of weeks ago, food was gorgeous as always and service was fantastic too. Friendly and charming! One of my favourite places to go and eat. My parents are very fond of here as well.
I recently enjoyed a delightful family dinner at this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The staff was attentive and even surprised us with balloons to make the occasion special. They were not too pushy but always available when we needed anything. The food was outstanding, catering to our diverse tastes from fish to steak to spaghetti bolognese. Everything was cooked to perfection and we found the prices to be excellent value for the quality of the meal.

beautiful! as a regular of spizzico, I can honestly say that I have experienced nothing but the warmest hospitality at each visit, which is apart from the delicious food, why I often returned and would not have recommended any hesitation, friends and family.
this restaurant is me and my partner popular place to eat in barnet. eating is always tasty, the Sunday is to die and everything is reasonablely expensive. the manager ali is very friendly and the service is always very good, I can't mistake it :

Ok place, but the food not that great. Lamb rump and the sirloin steak did not have any taste. Hospitality just normal, did not make you feel delighted.

The staff and customer service were exceptional. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous.
Really nice meal. Setting was nice and service good. Hadn't been in years but will return soon.
