I have trained here more than seven years regularly and can only say positive about the sports mill: top team, always the latest equipment, generally very clean, good gastronomy and a huge offer. The price is absolutely justified and I can recommend to everyone to train here. Unfortunately, I am no longer in Hilden, which is why I had to look for a new studio. And I didn't find anything that could only approach the sports mill. So: keep going, love sports mill team and hopefully to some point!
Um rei und raus zu kommen muss man leider jedes Mal durch eine dicke Rauchwolken laufen. Der Rauchbereich Warum es den in einem Sportstudio gibt erschließt sich mit sowieso nicht, aber egal) ist direkt am Eingang. Perfekt überdacht, damit sich das ganze auch möglichst lange dort hält. Und natürlich auch ja jedem Tischen ein Aschenbecher. Es gibt eine Aschenbacher direkt um die Ecke am Sammelpunkt! Bitte dort hin gehen und das Rauchen vor dem Eingang verbieten!
Ein erstklassiges Fitnessstudio! Die Betreuung durch die qualifizierten Trainer ist hervorragend und man fühlt sich jederzeit gut beraten. Die Geräte sind hochmodern und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Besonders gut gefällt mir die einfache Dokumentation des Trainingsfortschritts über die App. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Always here to play Badminton Squash and Tennis. Everything is fine here and all friendly except for some visitors who are very spooky. Pleasant parking spaces are available and you can have fun here

Zum Badminton spielen dort gewesen. Waren beeindruckt von der Vielfalt an Sportarten. Vorallem im Bereich Krafttraining, RezaSport und CrossFit.
