My friends and I came to this restaurant on a Friday night for a birthday celebration. Since it was January and most places had availability, we didn't have a reservation. We were welcomed by a friendly server at the door, although we didn't catch her name. The service was excellent throughout the meal, with our drinks arriving quickly and the food being delicious and well-presented. Two of us order the mac and cheese, which was a generous portion served in a skillet pan. Another friend had the chicken crepes, and I enjoyed the fish and chips, both of which were hearty and served in good-sized portions. My mum had been sadly let down from the orchard in Falkirk the day of her birthday which left my mum in an absolute state, i phoned around to try find a venue for my mum and well sportsters that I did find from yourselves and I want to say a massive thank you for making my mums night perfect! They put on such an amazing buffet with nachos pizzas etc the karoke was fantastic and the service was 5 , could not recommend use more to anyone looking to hire rooms or even for your delicious food! Thankyou so much again for the empathy shown and the excellent service my mum was provided with!
Just returned from Sportsters it used to be my first port of call in the town good food and good atmosphere. Today however confirmed many of my recent thoughts. The bar was not open at the advertised time of 12pm and when doors eventually opened at 12.15 staff seemed uninterested in even talking to us. When we asked for a menu we were told that you are no longer doing food. Really disappointing it seems to me the place has given up and is happy to be mediocre still charging top prices for drink but gone downhill massively hugely disappointing.
I apologize for the delay in posting this review. I visited this restaurant three times in December for festive nights out with different groups and had a great time on each occasion. The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and I even tried a Draught Corona for the first time. You always remember your first!

Absolutely terrible service. Staff are completely uninterested and not customer friendly. If you are looking for a night out and a couple of drinks with friends, this is NOT the place. Staff are totally uninterested and horrible to customers. Would be better with a drink in the house. Absolutely disgusting!
Lady who served us was lovely but we were standing for 40 minutes at the bar and when I asked the bartender if we could be served he declined and served everyone but me and my friends. He ignored us and was serving people as soon as they arrived
I went to Sportsters with some friends and the service was outstanding. We were looked after all night by Was, who was incredibly attentive and friendly. Despite the ongoing pandemic, the staff made us feel very comfortable.
Chloe was amazing and very efficient, food was outstanding. Only left as place was too cold x Atmosphere was lovely and as I said chloe could not have been nicer

Lovely food and great service. Chole was very from and helpful. Was quite cold or we would have stayed and had more drinks.
