Spot Coffee - Réserver une table

I 've been here twice this month, and BOTH times I 've had issues. The first time it was just a gross tasting drink, no big deal it happens. The second time was different. I ordered my drink, sat and waited while numerous other people behind me got their drinks. I finally ask about my single drink, and the young lady literally says, I didn 't get that ticket . Not, I 'm sorry I will make it now, nothing. Then she proceeds to make drinks for people 15 minutes after me before mine! She then had the nerve to ask the cashier if I ordered the drink. THIS is why you don 't tip ahead of time, won 't make the mistake again. New staff here is basura.

Shame on you! You don't put an ingredient list on your food and have nuts in your granola. Nuts don't typically go in granola. You almost killed my niece who has a peanut allergy and the best you can do is refund the price of the food that almost killed her, but only if we have the receipt! Really, what about the hospital bills? What about the prescription cost that they had to pay?Or the day missed at work by both my niece and her mother? You can keep your $5! I will make sure every person I know never steps foot into your establishment or any other location!
