Wohne nicht in Berlin, aber wenn ich in der Stadt bin, gehe ich immer ins Spreegold frühstücken. Eure Croissants sind eine Wucht!! In letzter Zeit habe ich immer die selben zwei Mädels morgens da, nicht dass die beiden nicht nett sind, die mit der brille ist unglaublich lustig, aber ich vermisse diese Schwedin oder Dänin oder so mit diesen blonden Haaren, die war toll!!Probiere mich immer noch durch die Karte, bisher hat mich noch nichts enttäuscht, dieses Schaksaluka ist der Hammer!! Toll ist auch die gute Laune in letzter Zeit der Köche mit 80ger-Karaoke-Show Einlage! Da kann man gar nicht anders als mitwippen! Freue mich auf die nächsten Male
Wir essen hier gern und oft. Leider wurde uns der Besuch jetzt schon mehrfach durch eine missgelaunte blonde Tresen-Mitarbeiterin namens Lea versalzen. Unaufmerksam, schnippisch, schlecht-gelaunt verhilft sie ihren Gästen zu einem ähnlich schlechten Start in den Tag, wie sie offenbar selbst hatte. Das trübt leider sehr die Erfahrung. Da die Dame schon seit über einem Jahr ihr Unwesen treibt und offenbar noch immer nicht vom Management gemaßregelt wurde, spricht für mangelnde Personalkontrolle.
My boyfriend and I came here on our first day in Berlin for breakfast and sat outside on the rooftop and it was beautiful! Food was lovely and prices were reasonable. I had a fresh lemonade as well and it was great. We liked it so much we came the next day too :) only downside is the rooftop seating doesn't open until 11am so we were too early for that, inside area was nice as well though. Breakfast menu was extensive and one of the best I've ever seen. Would definitely recommend!
Came here for breakfast on our first day in Berlin. Was just down the road from our hostel and it was surprisingly lovely and cheap. I had a poached eggs and a green smoothie. It came to €11 which I thought was cheaper than healthy decent food sold in Spain! highly recommend. Nothing is in English however, so be prepared to translate if you don't speak German!

For the 3 of us we ordered 5 dishes and finished them all as we were hungry after a big flight and the meals were delicious. Waffles were totally indulgent and delicious. The eggs were great, as we didn't find many other good eggs in Europe compared to what we are used to in Australia. Great fresh juices and coffee also.
I've given this place a 5 - in part because it's an attractive, thoughtfully designed environment, with nice food and friendly staff - but also because it doesn't deserve to be sitting with cafes scoring 3.5 (as it is at present). In my view, the cream should rise to the top - and it deserves to rise.
exzellenter Cappucino , tolle Rühreikombinationen versüssen den Start in den Tag, Mittags zwischchendurch einen Salat zum durchhalten und Abends nen Burger zum Abschluss. trotz der etwas zu hohen Preise kommen wir zu jeder Tageszeit gerne hierher. Bisher noch nie enttäuscht worden...
Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Spreegold und sind positiv überrascht von der Vielfalt. Geschmacklich war alles gut und die Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich. Keine volle Punktzahl gibt es, da die Eggs Benedict leider fest waren und der Kaffe Latte nicht heiß genug, eher lauwarm.

Dear Vegans and non-vegans, This is a place to go for a breafast! The portions are generous, but managable and selection is excellent. If I would have another day in Berlin, I'd definetly go again.
Bin oft zum frühstücken hier und genieße dann einen leckeren Flat white. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Nette Location und gut gelegen.
