As an Employee of Spring Restaurant i do recall the incident stated on this page, and the story that's been told has been fabricated. The couple that booked the party came in and said that the couple they where making the party for was moving to Florida and they could not make the party, and the deposit is not refundable and its always been like that because the restaurant loses business after a sudden cancellation. Then a few days later they came in with a story saying that someone is Ill and they couldn't make it to the party so they wanted the deposit. We said we would gladly oblige if we where shown proof. Have been going to Primavera for years great food, family atmosphere, family style serve or individual great for parties until I had to deal with them on a personal basis. Had set up for a party 4 weeks later had to cancel due to ill health (6 weeks before party) and they were very rude that I had to cancel and wanted proof of ailment VERY POOR PRACTICE! Not to mention didn't get refund of downpayment, no concern of ailment, no pity, no money WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN very rude, not to mention embarrasing! I'm very disappointed with this restaurant. I thought people were extremely rude and innocent to say the least. You are only interested in the money, the food was cold and don't complain because you get the look at death and said nothing of the kitchen comes cold. It wasn't clean, the bathrooms were terrible. I'll never do business with them again. Rude and ignorant people, oh yes and the best is if they swear in Portuguese and actually forget that other people speak Portuguese and would rather not hear their children repeat it.
