After being here many times before and being very good,I was surprised at how terrible it has become recently.The staff were polite enough but incredibly lazy.The only person actually working was an older lady who was struggling to motivate the staff to help her.The premises are incredibly dirty including the windows and floors especially under the tables.There was very limited ice cream available and the whipped ice cream machine was broken.The cookie dough did not come in their signature hot pan but plonked on a piece of paper,when asked I was told it was to be environmentally friendly...ummm.anyway value for money it was not and had I seen the state of the place before I paid I would not...
Went to here to treat my 9 year old little girl to an ice cream. We were served by someone who was clearly a new member of staff so it was a little slow, but that’s understandable as we all have to learn. The ice cream was ok. The reason for the two star review is that the girl behind the counter. Long brown hair. Gave the middle finger to one of her colleagues and told him to swivel. This was in front of my 9 year old. Not acceptable in any restaurant especially one that has children in it.
ordered online some sorbet, ordered strawberry, it wasn't taken off of their online ordering as unavailable or out of stock so was clearly still available to order, recieved Forest Fruits instead, a flavour which makes me feel physically sick. contact info is added to the orders by standard, no attempt at a call to notify me that they'd changed it to whatever they wanted was made. disgraceful service and a waste of money.
Would rate 0 if I could! After negative experiences over the last few years, including hair in a waffle, I vowed never to visit a Sprinkles again. However, i thought id give it another try...bad idea! Visited a week ago. Stood at the till for almost 10 minutes and was COMPLETELY IGNORED by the 2 useless members of staff, so we walked out! Visited today asked for a menu at the till, was told to get one from a table

Miserable staff member taking my order. It was quiet initially. There was then a surge in walk ins and online orders which clearly took priority. 25 mins later our order was finally brought to the table. We had to ask for our drinks as they'd been forgotten about. The young lady that brought us our order was very good and very apologetic. The quality of the food wasn't great. I wouldn't bother nor recommend.
First time going in last night and it will be the last time as well. Service was slow and very unfriendly. I had 2 scoops of ice cream and halfway through pulled out a huge long hair. I asked for a refund which took ages for them to do and it still hasn't gone back into to my account. Just awful
Visited with a friend to have a quiet chat. 10 out of 10 for that, Everything else really bad. Ice cream so sweet I could hardly eat it. Very expensive for what you got. Staff surly. Mucky tables and reluctance by staff to bother to clean them. Toilet dirty. Never again.
They had 2 menus with 2 different prices !! We went to paid and they told us they haven’t had chance to change all menu and told us to put the old menu back on the table !?!? Over priced and rude service !!

Couldn’t eat food at the place we went to originally, so wanted something nice after the hideous food there! Had two delicious milkshakes, worth £5! Will be back, thank you
Absolutely terrible service!! Waited over 45 minutes for cookie dough! Staff rude and no one sorted it out. Two of our party had to leave and ran out of time.
