Sprout At The Yard

What a delight it was to find Sprout in Perranporth. Absolutely gorgeous food we shared a raw salted caramel peanut slice and it was FAB! Oat milk is standard, which made for delicious hot chocolate! Can't wait to go back... Preferably daily... To try the rest of the menu! Today's curry was cauliflower and lentil which sounded lush. Daily menu changes adds to the variety. Highly recommend you stop and enjoy x

Tucked on this little infill site is a trailer that serves wonderful vegan food. Their coffee and drinks menu is outstanding, the cacao is really worth a try. Big variety of cakes and there are always a couple of inventive and enticing lunch options. Open 9-4:30 mon-sat Was closed on may bank holiday

Cute little outdoor café on the high street. Decent coffee with oat milk as standard and a large choice of raw cakes. Also has soup and a few warm savoury vegan pastries.
