Outstanding selection of juices, smoothies, salads — the list is seemingly endless. This was my first intro to this place and even though the place was packed on a Tuesday at noon and I hadn't ordered ahead, they still managed to provide excellent and timely service. My only request is that they would list the ingredients for their salads in detail, like the seasoning on their organic chicken and dressings for those of us that live with allergies and sensitivities. I am giving this review 5 starts specifically because of one employee. I was there on a very busy day and all of the workers seemed really distracted except for one who seemed to keep the store running and make the customers feel really welcomed. I think her name was Cassie and she really just made my experience here really pleasant. The smoothies were really good and much nicer than tropical smoothie. Overall a good experience and I would come again.
One of my favorite smoothie spots in Buffalo! With that being said, expect to come here spending $10 on a smoothie. However, I think it’s worth it! The fruit is always fresh and the staff is always willing to make anything you want- even if it’s not on the menu! Squeeze has a lot of seasonal items too which are always amazing. Perfect spot for any health nut!
Stopped in for the first time today. Fantastic seasonal smoothie. I am not a huge veggie fan, but couldn't taste them. Wasn't overpoweringly sweet either. Also had a Buffalo chicken salad. Great flavors, and even though it was premade, all the ingredients were crisp and fresh. Will be back next time I am in the village.

This place makes amazing fruit smoothies! I highly recommend the “some kind of wonderful” flavor. They're almost always busy so definitely order ahead. They're located in a nice part of Williamsville. Enjoy!
smoothie bowls here are so good! a little pricy but the bowls are really big and everything is fresh so it’s worth it.
What a great spot!! The acai bowl was on point. Try something here if you're in the area, order ahead for pickup only.
