I need to correct a petty review I left a couple years ago here about the pricing. In the long run it was maybe a little ill considered. I moved to the area in 2019 and somehow found Rose's and fell in love with their sandwiches. The Mortadella Lovers and especially The Godfather. I've never eaten more delicious Italian subs. The owners are super friendly and the casual atmosphere is a delight. I just made my first order since the beginning of the pandemic. My Godfather was sooo good! Got mine with cherry peppers but the sun dried tomatoes are a good option. The bread, the cheese and the meats super fresh. And where does that touch of fresh garlic come from? I'm so happy to replace that form...
I have been past this place so many times but never tried it. We ordered from this place for a 12:30 pick up. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted by one of the owners. He was super nice. The food wasn't ready and waited about 12 more minutes or so. When it was ready, there were a few heavy items and some of the staff helped me get it to my car. I paid and left. For my meal I got the veggie burger with a side of fries. When I dug in I enjoyed the meal and unlike most veggie burgers it didn't fall apart easy. I put chipotle mayo on it and it had a kick that I liked. The fries weren't bad either. All in all the experience was good.
Realmente quería intentar este restaurante, el horario de atención es incorrecto, estoy desde las 7am afuera del restaurante y son las 7:25am pero no hay nadie y por supuesto nadie contesta el teléfono. Manejé 30 minutos hasta aquí para tener un desayuno ecuatoriano después de trabajar y no creo que es justo que jueguen de esta manera con los clientes. Deberían actualizar su horario de atención en Google y también en Seamless and Grubhub. Esta experiencia fue realmente DECEPCIONANTE. Sin mencionar que el menú que tienen en las aplicaciones para ordenar comida no es el mismo que tienen en la página de Google ni en instagram.
I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately, the opening hours are incorrect. I arrived at 7 AM and waited outside until 7:25 AM, but no one showed up, and no one answered the phone either. I drove 30 minutes specifically for an Ecuadorian breakfast after work, and it feels unfair to have my time wasted like this. They really need to update their operating hours on Google, Seamless, and Grubhub. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Additionally, the menu available on the food ordering apps doesn’t match what’s listed on their Google page or Instagram.

This was our first time visiting this place, and it was a terrible experience. The food was bad, the service was lacking, and to top it off, the music was so loud that we couldn't hear anything. I ordered a "guatita," which looked appealing with its good color, but when I tasted it, the tripe was flavorless, and the rice either seemed old or wasn't cooked properly. The woman who served us had a very unfriendly demeanor, as if she thought we were asking for something for free. This is why businesses fail. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!
First time customer.. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese with salt and pepper. Was asked if I wanted ketchup and mayo as well, I said no thanks. Place was empty, I was the only customer in store. Somehow, my order was messed up and came with ketchup and mayo, no salt and pepper. To make things worse, it was 90% eggs and bread. Yea… no thanks!
I recommend the dry goat and the flag, but I found the highly seasoned encebollado fish to be lacking. It didn't resemble the typical Ecuadorian encebollado; it seemed to have an excess of Peruvian chili. I would rate the encebollado a 3 out of 10, while I give the dry goat a perfect 10 and the flag an 8.
I ordered a flag and an onion, the super rich bandera (recommended) I give it a 10 but the onion was not very good, it had an unpleasant color... I think they put a lot of Peruvian chili in the onion, I give it a 2.

Excellent, the sandwiches are very rich ? and the delicious stewed meat is owned by a very kind girl
