This was a late booking (if booking late morning of the day for an evening meal is a late booking). We were told that they could fit us in even though they were going to be busy.Arrived on time and ordered fairly quickly (we had taken advantage of the online menu so knew what we wanted). Porchetta - $28.90A traditional Italian roast pork belly infused with rosemary, black pepper & toasted fennel seed, accompanied with broccolini, baby carrots, caramelized shallots & a saffron aioli.That's what the Menu said. What it didn't say was that this meal will leave you asking what could possibly be better.I tossed up between the Slow Cooked Lamb and the Porchetta, finally settling on the latter. Was part of a large group celebrating a co-workers 40th. The staff were really not interested, the man who took our order was coughing and wiping his nose (!), and the food was ordinary and over-priced. One couple ordered the seafood platter for 2 and were served a plate with salad, lemon wedge and aoili, then 15 mins later their seafood came out! My husband's crumbed garfish was so small and thin it wasn't worth crumbing, and there were too many chips and a really small salad which seemed like an afterthought. Feels more like a old pub than a 'restaurant', and not a good pub either. Won't be back again, not worth the expense for what is essentially deep-fried food in a really old and shabby...

I attended St Francis Restaurant for LUNCH in early March 2017 with friends.One of my friends was in a Wheelchair and he asked me to push him to the Disabled Toilet,we could NOT find a Disabled Toilet anywhere,so I pushed my friend to the door of the male toilet and he walked the rest of the way to the toilet.I later found out that they have Disabled Toilets in the Hotel Rooms,but not in the Dining Room.Im absolutely disgusted that in this day and age that this establishment doesn't have accessible Disabled Toilets. First time here for about 25 years but will be back ! Had a lovely birthday meal with friends. Kate and I had garlic prawns while the guys (surprise surprise) had schnitzels. We actually had desserts too. Alf and I shared a delicious dark chocolate pudding whilst Ian and Kate shared an eton mess. Nathan served our drinks and Krystal our food. They were both great and should be commended for their great service..efficient and personable.

So we arrived latish because we forgot about the daylight saving thing and felt we were in trouble from the start! Given 3 minutes to make our choices we rushed into getting the first thing we saw - good old fish n chips and a steak. So disappointed, it was just mediocre pub food without the jolly atmosphere! Didn't dare ask for drinks or dessert but then no one asked either. Should have gone to the pub in the 1st place.

Just enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant for Valentine's Day.We received our meals promptly and they were delicious! Entree- soft crab meat, prawns and crumbed crocodile. Main- pancetta - pork belly with vegetables. Yellow glen sparkling wine. Throughly enjoyed our meal and would happily dine there again. Friendly staff- with lovely smiles. Very enjoyable :)

Tried booking a table for 7 everything was fine almost booking confirmed but I asked for a high chair for my beautiful 18 month old grandson and was told "We are fully booked" What a list he was!! Never again will we go to the St Francis Winery!! This was supposed to be a special wedding anniversary dinner for our son! To be treated this way is disgusting!! Réservez une table maintenant

Arrived with 7 other ex workmates to have our monthly meal. I have never been here before and was very impressed by the warm greeting and ambiance of the restaurant.We had seniors meals that were well priced and plentiful. $14.90 for 2 courses. I had Seafood Cocktail and Steak. They were both beautiful. Would recommend to everyone.

Lunch in the restaurant for family birthday celebration. Nice atmosphere, comfortable and helpful staff. Big glass windows in nice surroundings. Food was not fancy. Just the same as pub tucker. All with hot chips on the side. Affordable. Good venue for a family get together. Cold beer and wine menu.
