I must admit, I am (now) a member of this club, but that certainly doesn't sway my view. I became a member because it's great food and after a couple of previous visits I felt it was the best thing to do. This is a club, but it's generally quiet and it's family friendly... the staff are lovely and helpful and out of probably (about) 10 visits, we have never been disappointed. Meat trays and raffles are good and generally we walk away winners.Ok... the main draw card is the food. It is awesome and the chefs keep 'club' favorites while maintaining a solid specials menu. I have visited this restaurant a few times now and have been consistently pleased with both the food and the service. I have ordered the seafood platter for 2 on two separate occasions and each time every item on the plate was excellent. The service is exceptional, with staff coming to our table to take our drink and food orders, which is a nice change from having to go up to the register. Throughout our meal, we had 3 different staff members check on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. It felt like we were the only table in the restaurant, which made for a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to both family and friends.
I go the Maso club with my sister once or twice a week while staying in Sydney for work. Baxters kitchen is a great place to eat with affordable and good size meals. They have specials most nights and the staff are very accompanying, especially Maria. I would recommend you try it at least once and I bet you will be back again.
What can you say about this type of Food Just a BIG YUM. Could not believe the quality of food coming from this kitchen. Well priced, well presented and cooked and quality all around. Potion sizes were above normal but it was the atmosphere and the buzz in the dining room with everyone happy and smiling.

My husband and I haven't been here for a while so decided to go as friends had told us that the club had been refurbished. The food menu is very overpriced for a club. I wouldn't expect to pay $36 for a steak in a club. I had the basic Fish & Chips and couldn't eat it as it was heavily over battered..
Great bistro with good lunchtime meal deals, good atmosphere (although they are renovating the bistro atm) they just need to swap their fish from Basa to something more palatable (there are NO excuses for serving Basa), but otherwise great little modern club.
I was very impressed with everything at this restaurant. The staff was great and the food was delicious, especially the eye fillet. I had a piano concert in the function room yesterday and I would highly recommend this venue.
Had our soccer grand final win dinner there with 45 adults and kids. All meals were great and brought in a very timely manner. Everyone enjoyed very much. Always good!
