I discovered a skewer in my food that caused harm to my gums. The manager did not respond to my call. However, after leaving a review on Google, customer service reached out to me. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue. It's not about the cost of the meal, but rather the lack of respect shown to the customer. Moving forward, we will be dining at Benny's.

Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs. Ariana Carlos, She's 100% legit and reliable. We place an order of $129 with 3 plates of chicken skewers to receive a call that there is no more chicken for skewers?? More chicken at St-Hubert?? Like more Bigmac at McDo…. And we don't do anything to compensate...wow...
