Had dinner here last night. I ordered an all inclusive meal for $24 which included unlimited beverage, choice of appetizer, main course, and dessert. For my beverage I ordered a lemonade and a refill when I was done with it. When I received the bill I was charged for two lemonades. I told the waitress it said unlimited beverages and she said she brought it in a bottle and I should have known. I told her I didn't request it in a bottle and I had ordered the unlimited beverage that was part of my dinner so she should have told me it wasn't included. We had lunch here as it was attached to our hotel so we did not have to look for a place to eat. It had an outdoor patio which made for a good place to eat and watch the world go by. St. Hubert serves chicken as its' main food itemI had a 1/4 chicken white meat with french fries. I found the chicken tasted fresh and flavourful. The french fries and cole slaw were also very good. I was not to fussy about the dipping sauce as it seemed to have an after taste. Our server was friendly and attentive. I did not ask his name so I can't give him a shot out in this review. There were a lot of people eating here as it was in a very good location for the people attending the Quebec City summer festival...
The title says it all.We ate four meals from the regular menu and were very pleased with the quality and value of the meals. We attempted to go the buffet one morning and there was no hot food on the buffet. The steamers were EMPTY. It was busy with a bus tour group but they should be prepared for the numbers...they were guests of the hotels which is attached to the restaurant.Maude was one of our servers and we were very pleased with the service that she provided.
We were tired, hungry. Seeing St-Hubert was a welcome sight. It is a chain restaurant that serves a standard menu of rotisserie chicken and ribs. Option of side dishes available. Food was hot and tasty. We had ribs, a quarter chicken, and chicken fingers. Would not order chicken fingers again, dry and not real meat in appearance. Lemonade was in a plastic bottle. The rest was great.We left full and content. Nothing bad, all good.

Looks like a nice and contemporary restaurant. Menu looks impressive with great reviews of the meals. However, in practice the food looks different from the pictures in the menu. We had Chicken fillets and steak. The latter was flat and welldone, although we ordered medium rare. The desserts were far too much and not very fine. It wasn't much then cafeteria food.
This is a chain but the food at this outlet is good quality, nicely presented and tasty. The menu is chicken based but there are some good combos which make it value for money. Service was good and efficient.
This is a great place if you are wanting a good meal, nothing fancy and Quebec I had the rotisserie chicken, french fries and chicken wings to start.
Good chiche, but also other meals. For easy and quick lunch or dinner at reasonable price. This restaurant chain is very well known and appreciated.

I have to be honest, I have not been a fan of St-Hubert in a very long timeThere is no appeal for me there at all.
Very good for family diningI enjoyed the rotisserie chicken breast My chikdren enjoyed the steak and fries.
