New restaurant, The Azores in the space. Had very good reviews on social media..I had high hopes! Wasn't overly impressed though. Prices are reasonable but didn't find food anything to brag about. Maybe with a little time, I'll try again. Much rather go to my favorite budget friendly Portuguese restaurants in the city. Just need to know when/where they are.Hint, hint..990 Pleasant..Sun-Thur..2 meals with bottle of wine $40!! Fresh quality food too!! Parking: Hidden parking in back of building..entrance to restaurant is back there too.
My husband and I just went to get lunch for take out. We ordered 2 large portuguese steak sandwiches. They are supposed to come with red pepper and garlic. We only got the red pepper. The steak was so dried out it was like shoe leather. There was no sauce on the bun just steak and pepper. We did not taste portuguese style on the steak. It was plain cubed steak. The french fries that came with it were super under cooked. They had no crunch what so ever. We were very disappointed.
I visited for the first time and ordered takeout. I had two steak sandwiches with eggs and fries, which I added eggs to. The meal also included fish and potatoes with a lemon wedge, a few black olives, and a salad. Everything was still hot when I got home, and it was delicious. I plan to try something different on my next visit. As for accessibility, the restaurant is located on the ground floor of the parking lot, making it wheelchair accessible.
I attended a family event at the hall, and it was beautifully arranged. The rental space is excellent for events and can accommodate a large number of guests. It was clean and well-kept, with a fantastic bar area adjacent to the room. I've also dined at the restaurant and ordered takeout, and I've never been let down. The main bar is a lovely, casual spot to relax with friends over a few drinks. I really enjoy this place!

The fries were Luke warm the wait to get a menu or a drink took almost an hour my food and my mom's food came before my husband's and Mom's boyfriend's the food was mediocre at best and could be better and the service from the waitresses was very
Order the Portuguese steak., awful, Is the eggs was so cold, I think they were already precooked. And in the refriger steak came out lukewarm. And The rice was hard Would I recommend this place? No, not at this time.
The food was really delicious. Portuguese food is my go to comfort food. Prices were good too. Just wish the waiter would have paid more attention to us instead of his cellphone.
Service was terrible. Waited 1hr and half for food. Thay had friends that came in after us thay got there food right away. Never again and the food sucks
