Stableyard Tea Room, Castle Ward

After taking a long walk, we decided to stop by the tea shop. We ordered scones and drinks to go. The price of £2.85 for a scone seemed quite high. However, once I got home and looked at the menu, I realized I had been charged an additional 80 pence for a small portion of jam. It would have been helpful to have a menu displayed outside the door to avoid any confusion and prevent me from feeling like I was overcharged.

I had a fantastic day out at this beautiful place. The cafe and its staff were top-notch, showing excellent hospitality. Every cafe should strive to be like this one. A big thank you to Toby and the first-class service provided.

visited here during camping, decent coffee, but no seating or tables due to covid. I think this should be considered for customers who need a break as if the case after going. also good for other needs!

This restaurant is located in a historic setting and has fantastic staff. They serve the best fresh scones in Ireland, straight from the oven. I would rate it a 10/10.
