Normally I do not do review of chain restaurants but felt this Stacked Pancake deserved an honorable mention. En route to a visit to Collingwood, we stopped off for a reduced expectation breakfast and were exceptionally impressed, both with the food and the service.In the most western edge of Wasaga, this Stacked is within a small strip mall with ample parking and a clean interior accented by pop colors of red and yellow. My first visit will not be my last.The softness and subtle crunch of the freshly made waffle topped with Nutella and berries was absolute PERFECTION!!The staff was quick and friendly.I'll be back because if those waffles are any indication of whats happening in that kitchen, then I want to sample just about everything on their menu!!
We have always enjoyed going to Stacked. My wife, daughter and I were estatic with out most recent visit. Our waitress, Sue greeted us quickly, with a big smile. She took our order and within 5 minutes is was hot at our table. She frequently made sure we had everything we needed and was great with our 7 month old. Highly recommend! We've experienced our fair share of disappointing breakfast spots, but this place has become one of our favorites! I ordered the Peameal Eggs Benedict, and it was delicious. The potatoes they served were absolutely to my liking. We'll definitely be returning, with plans to visit at least twice a month or even more!
