We were here with a group for dinner. The staff received us kindly. They were very striving, however, everything took a little longer. A special request for food (change of supplements) could unfortunately not be implemented according to Koch, which was a bit strange and a pity... Unfortunately, the ambience is not so beautiful you sit in a large room which has been renovated but still looks old. The food was excellent!!! The spits were very appealing and tastefully absolutely great. All at the table it tasted very good. The portion sizes are absolutely fine. The composition of the dishes is something else, but you can also eat the classics like a Roulade. The price is correct. I find it too...
A jewel in Glauchau After much hesitation, we visited this traditional restaurant again after the change of operator, and I have to say: it was a direct hit! The new operators have retained the charm of the house and combined it with modern sophistication. The food was a pleasure at the highest level a perfect mix of well known classics and creative new creations. I was particularly impressed by how harmoniously tradition and innovation were combined on the menu. The service? Flawless. Friendly, attentive and professional, exactly how you want it. For me, this restaurant is a place that I can fully recommend. A must for everyone who appreciates good food and a harmonious atmosphere!
We've been here for the first time today and we've been around for a moment. The staff was very nice and often took care of us. There was a very pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Only the guest room itself could carry something more deep. (Maybe a semi-high space separator with planting) but this is all the flavor. Where we taste. I think the food was delicious through the bank, the spice would have had a trace of less salt but was not salted! Rouladen were very delicate and the cook gave everything its own touch. Thank you for a great evening! I wish you a lot more.
Landhuhn and 0.5l full beer (own creation). The food was high quality, creative and was quickly served. The full beer was cool and tastefully full-bodied (very recommended). For 23€ you get very exquisite food. The amount of food was clear. There is a big plus for the cook who asked for the satisfaction after eating and explained his way of preparing the dishes. We were there last night. I had a preliminary soup and the salmon after. My food was super dressed on the plate, also tastefully great. My husband, however, had the sausage meat and the stuffed pork roll. Unfortunately, it was very bad. So his food wasn't good at all. Did that pass on, it just didn't interest anyone there.
