We had to bridge some time in Sonneberg until we got our hotel room. Since not many locals were open at noon and in the middle of Sonneberg, the city café had formally convinced us through its location and outdoor areas, we enjoyed a coffee and later ice cream and cakes. The restaurant itself is very large and is located in the middle of the small pedestrian area and is slightly elevated. The terrace is also huge. If not here and there were trees and shrubs, you would feel something like a moderator. The seats were relatively comfortable. The service was reserved, but very fast and friendly. The consumed food and drinks were good, the prices are acceptable.
We were 4 people, very friendly young service. We had cappuccino, ice cups and waffles. The highlight was the caffeine selection. We couldn't decide, then we had chosen eierlikör and yogurt. Taste and dressing top. A successful visit, top prize. Service top. You're welcome.
The city of Sonneberg is a real classic. I have to say that the food and drink so cakes, ice cream and coffee taste very tasty there and the toilets are very clean and tidy there, which you do not have so often. At first the ambience was also very nice
Very nice service, large selection of ice cream, waffles, but also breakfast and hot dishes. We had coffee, ice cream and apple strudel taste and were thrilled! Very nice place. We felt comfortable and come back guaranteed during our stay in Sonneberg!

The Stadtcafé in Sonneberg is not only a café. There are also burgers and curry sausages and it tastes fantastic. The service was also very nice and the ambience is beautiful.
Although the café was not overly visited on 29.05.19, we waited for 20 minutes for free. We had to go quieter. Shade, the sunny place and the menu were appealing.
I'm here on my way through here and you have to say it's the best thing in the area. My coffee and cake were good, but the store could get a reason for cleaning.
